As a Western Oregon University alumni, I have earned a degree in Information Systems and Business. This educational experience has provided me with a strong foundation in both the technical and managerial aspects of the IT field, equipping me with the necessary skills to navigate the ever evolving landscape of technology. I have accumulated ten years of experience in the public sector. Throughout this time, I have worked extensively to understand and manage complex systems, identifying issues and providing effective solutions to various challenges that arise in operational settings.
For five of those years, I focused on my role as a computer technician. This position allowed me to develop a significant expertise in diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues. I have successfully handled a wide range of technical problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, which is critical in maintaining productivity within an organization.
Recently, I made a substantial life change by relocating to the scenic state of Washington after marrying my lovely wife, Ellina. Our union is a tremendous source of inspiration for me, and together, we are excited about embarking on this new chapter of our lives. The transition has not only deepened our personal lives but has also provided me with opportunities to expand my business.
